We believe that persons with disabilities (PwDs) must be seen as rights holders, not passive recipients of care. Through training, leadership development, family strengthening, and self-advocacy support, UETS ensures that children, youth, and adults with disabilities are empowered to make decisions, access entitlements, and lead change in their communities.
