As a part of developing the human resources, this institute has made special efforts in Human Resource Development in the field of disabilities & rehabilitation. It has been running the following courses which are recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi in association with National Board of Examination in Rehabilitation, NIEPMD, Chennai, AYJNISHD, Mumbai, NIEPVD, Dehradoon and Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.

Also Conducting Continuing Rehabilitation Education (CRE) programmes and National Conferences with the approval of Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi.

After successful completion of these courses the trained educators will get eligibility for employment opportunities in Government / NGO sector and can provide education to special need children.
